THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For Play Sports Products, Inc. (FPS) warrants its P2–Personal Pontoon boat to be free from defects in workmanship and material.

Under the terms of this warranty, any FPS P2–Personal Pontoon boat found defective 12 months from the date of purchase will be repaired or replaced, at For Play Sports’s option, at no charge.  Any P2 boat proven defective from 13 months to 36 months from the date of purchase will be pro-rated.  Repairs will be made and a charge for labor and materials apply.  P2 boats requiring full replacement will carry a maximum replacement cost NOT TO EXCEED 50% of the current suggested price of the item.

All P2 product must be returned to For Play Sports to qualify for warranty.  DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS TO YOUR DEALER.  Proof of purchase must be included.  Transportation charges to For Play Sports Products, Inc. are the responsibility of the customer.

Before returning the defective product, please call 231-824-9241 for a return authorization number.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or acts of nature.

FPS MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OTHER THAN WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR FROM ANY COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE USAGE.

FPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY OR BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY LOSS EVEN IF FPS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID.
